Watching crashing waves against volcanic rocks that push their way up through the sea, sitting in sandy bays whilst looking at the amazing colours the sea has to offer and walks along the rugged cliff tops of the coastal path of West Wales influence my work. The multitude of colours and textures that make up this beautiful landscape are echoed in the surfaces of my vessels that are created from stoneware clay with various volcanic and barium glazes.
